Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns/Replacements:

We attempt to ensure that all our products are thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch, however due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be the occasional damage /defect in an item for which we would be open to replacement of the particular product.

Returns and refunds are only available for products that are damaged, incorrect, or have missing items from the order. Change of mind after ordering the product is not applicable. – Example: If you receive a damaged notebook or a different item than what you ordered, you are eligible for a return or refund.

We provide all our customers with an option to replacement the product/ products in case the product is damaged in transit. •⁠ ⁠Kindly make a video when you receive your order from start to end. •⁠ ⁠For any issues, please inform us on the same day of delivery. We will be able to process the exchange/ missing product request within 24 hours of the delivery. •⁠ ⁠Unfortunately no exchanges will be processed without a video.

Please Note: We use 1 Day Return policy for our customers to help them with easy returns if they receive a different product from the ordered item.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. It should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Return Approval: All returns are subject to approval by Quilluminati.com. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the specified conditions or if it is outside the allowed return timeframe.

Return Authorization: Prior to returning any product, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization. We may request additional information or documentation to process the return request.

Refunds or Exchanges: Depending on the nature of the return, we will offer either a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed for the correct product.

Order Cancellation:

We also provide you with an option for easy order cancellations.

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly do so within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, we will unfortunately not be able to process your request.
